The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services while supporting and developing clinical staff. The Clinical Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies, while promoting a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.

Ensure all clinical services align with BACB ethical standards and best practices in ABA.

Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

Staff Supervision amp; Ensure appropriate supervision hours and documentation in accordance with BACB guidelines.

Quality Assurance amp; Monitor clinical outcomes and data to ensure effective treatment progress.

Develop, implement, and refine clinical policies and procedures.

Address clinical performance concerns and implement corrective action plans when needed.

Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with families, schools, and related service providers.

Represent the organization professionally in the community and with stakeholders.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years as a BCBA

Strong knowledge of ABA service delivery models and payer requirements.

Experience overseeing multi-site or large clinical teams.

Background in program development, quality assurance, or accreditation processes.

o Strong data analysis and clinical outcomes measurement skills.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Proficiency with electronic health records and data tracking systems

Ability to travel between clinic and in-home locations as needed.

Ability to work in clinical and office settings.

Ability to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and computer use for extended periods.
