Job Description Charge Nurse (RN) – Camber Children's Mental Health Hospital, Wichita KS

Starting Pay: $34-45 per hour (Based on Experience & Education)

Are you a compassionate nursing professional dedicated to helping children heal and thrive? Camber Children’s Mental Health is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to join our caring, multidisciplinary team. In this vital role, you will provide direct patient care, lead and mentor staff, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for children and adolescents receiving mental health treatment.

Supervise and coordinate patient care activities on your assigned shift

Lead and mentor licensed and non-licensed nursing staff

Participate in staff development and performance evaluation

Provide direct, compassionate care to children and adolescents

Starting Pay: $34 per hour, based on experience and education

• Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hour for weekday evenings/overnights, +$5.00/hour for weekend evenings/overnights

• Associates degree in nursing required. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas

Experience: At least 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience or ANCC certification in psychiatric nursing
