Responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, directly or through wait staff
Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps as described in your TIPS Training.
Keep bar area clean and free of dirty glasses, ashtrays, etc.
Take beverage orders from guests as well as the wait staff.
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; Casino environment; Must be able to tolerate casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise levels and stress related to serving customers in a high pressure fast paced environment.
