The Civil Engineer will support Barrow Wise's government project and perform the following duties:

Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure development, flood risk management, and environmental restoration.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to prepare project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis to ensure project viability and compliance with regulations and standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet milestones and deliver high-quality results.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues and provide innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
NC, SC, FL, GA, or AL resident
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
A minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in government or military projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, including federal standards.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
