The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, implement processes, track team performance, and achieve sales goals. Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Establish annual and monthly sales objectives and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.

Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to improve skills and performance.

Set individual and team performance goals, track results, and hold team members accountable.

Customer Relationship Management

Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

Sales Operations and Reporting

Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management.

Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and forecasts.

Ensure sales data is accurate and up to date, providing insights for decision-making.

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure effective service delivery.

Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and recommend resource allocation based on business needs.

Market Analysis

Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Adjust sales strategies based on market shifts and customer behavior.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is a plus.

3+ years of experience in sales management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Although this is not a remote position day-to-day, the ability to travel and work in other company offices is required. Customer Focus
