Headquartered in Atlanta, GA and with an internationally distributed workforce spanning 17 countries with about 5,000 employees, First Advantage performs over 100 million screens in over 200 countries and territories annually.You can spearhead a project and see it through from start to completion.As a team player, you navigate cross-functional teams and work well with team members in other business units and departments toward a common goal.Willingness to work EST hoursWhat You'll DoA successful Product Manager will be the facilitator and planner for all aspects of product management and will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. They will maximize product reusability and repeatability & focus on revenue growth to enable new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience & teamwork.Maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product milestonesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements, breaking them down into epics, themes, and features and creating actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the design team to conceptualize and the development team to implementValidate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected resultsDocument new features and communicate functionality to end usersActively measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improveIntegrate performance metrics, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfactionDemonstrate a willingness to experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quicklyCollaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution experts, technical experts and partners across multiple functions and geographic locations to present and position current and future product offeringsProvide dedicated product leadership for the NOAM region, ensuring local time zone coverage and alignment with local market needsSupport the growth of the identity verification productsWhat You May Need to be Successful:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (business or technical field a plus)Minimum 3+ years in a Product Manager or related role.Familiarity with product and software development tools, techniques and agile methodologies.Practical Agile experience - not certifications but actual experience inside an organization in transition for at least 5 yearsStrong Technical skills - can speak with and motivate the development team with ideas and thoughtsStrong communication skills with the ability to speak with a variety of external stakeholders, presenting product designs, workflows and functionality.Experience with DevOps, JIRA, PPT and other tools.Automation and identity verification work experience is a plusWhy First Advantage is Your Next Big Career MoveFirst Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
