Key Responsibilities

Set up and stock food items and supplies for smooth kitchen operations

Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces with precision

Cook dishes using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to meet recipe standards

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation and storage requirements

Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces to ensure a safe kitchen

Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs accurately

Qualifications & Skills

Team player that works well with others, hard working, and reliable

One to two years of experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred

Familiarity with various cooking methods and industry best practices

Strong communication skills and works well under pressure

Organized, committed to recipe accuracy, and works at a fast pace
