Ability to float between units

Looking for a strong caregiver who can support the evening shift. Candidates must have prior experience in Labor and Delivery. The position requires the ability to float to mother/baby units. Weekend requirements depend on the length of the contract. The facility is an acute care hospital. Daily census includes low and high-risk labor patients. Candidates are expected to assist with various procedures such as cesarean sections, blood transfusions, and high-risk deliveries. Ideal candidates should be familiar with the use of external fetal monitoring devices. Experience with breastfeeding support and neonatal care is valuable. A strong commitment to patient care is essential. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the same state. Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays. Candidates must disclose any relevant background information during the application process.
