Litigation Paralegal (remote flex)

Davis Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced paralegal to help manage serious injury cases from start to finish.

Duties include: active case management of files; communication with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical experts, and treatment providers; and drafting letters, pleadings, e.g., summons and complaint, discovery, pre-hearing statements, motions, and responses to discovery requests.

3 or more years of experience in a similar role.

Must have experience using Microsoft computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Experience using FileVine Case Management is a plus.
