CSI Companies is seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to overseee a HelloCare AI Implementation with o ne of our top healthcare clients!
Type : Remote with onsite work 1-2 times per month
Duration : 6+ Month Contract
Pay : Flexible & Negotiable
Overview We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide HelloCare AI implementation with significant executive visibility. This role will provide overall program leadership across multiple workstreams, including hardware installation, integrations, workflow development, training, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities Lead overall program strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
Provide consolidated program reporting and executive-level visibility.
Coordinate with the existing Facilities PM responsible for physical installation and renovation activities.
Lead or directly manage individual workstreams as needed.
Requirements Senior-level Program Management experience leading complex healthcare IT implementations.
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and executive stakeholders.
Experience with healthcare technology implementations;
