Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization with more than $200M in annual revenue seeking an experienced Controller to lead the corporate accounting function. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can manage heavy transactional accounting while also supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Lead all corporate accounting operations, including the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules.

Manage the general ledger, account reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes to support a growing organization.

Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and strategic financial initiatives.

Coordinate annual audits, tax compliance, and relationships with external auditors, banks, and other advisors.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

CPA preferred.

8+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility.

Prior experience in a private equity-backed company is highly preferred.

GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
