Plan and direct development, application and maintenance of quality systems and procedures
Perform trend/performance analyses and initiates root cause investigations
Ensure compliance with program/project quality requirements
Develop and implement inspection and test methods, techniques, equipment, and facilities
Act as primary company interface with both suppliers and customers for quality related issues
Demonstrated knowledge and analytical skills for most types of inspection tools
Able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and mechanical drawings including knowledge of Geometric
Ability to develop quality standards, procedures, and train personnel in their use
Familiarity with industry quality management standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001 and technical standards such as J-STD-001/IPC-610
Knowledge of statistical methods and their application
Trained in Lean/Six Sigma tools and processes
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

• Quality engineering experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
• Depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, they will be hired into an entry (I) level, intermediate (II) level or expert (III) level job and pay scale.
