Mortgage Loan Processor - Full-time - Remote

Managing a full pipeline of mortgage loan files, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will evaluate loan files for compliance, communicate status updates, and collaborate with operational departments to ensure efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities:

Effectively manage and process mortgage loan files while ensuring regulatory compliance

Accurately review and input loan data into operational systems and order necessary vendor products

Communicate pipeline status to retail sales channels and management, while obtaining required underwriting conditions

Required qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in reverse mortgage loan processing

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems

Strong customer service and time management skills

Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive industry
