Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace, our premier gourmet food destination, is looking for a skilled and personable Smoked Salmon Cutter to join our bustling marketplace! This customer-facing role requires precision, artistry, and exceptional service — the perfect fit for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys connecting with customers.
Our Smoked Salmon Cutter is responsible for expertly slicing smoked salmon to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This position combines hands-on craftsmanship with excellent customer interaction, ensuring that every guest enjoys a superior shopping experience.

Greet and engage customers warmly, providing knowledgeable and friendly service

• Slice smoked salmon to exact thickness and portion requirements per customer requests
• Monitor product rotation and manage inventory to minimize waste
• Answer customer questions and recommend related products or specialty items
• Assist with general deli operations, including restocking, cleaning, and team support
• Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation policies

• Previous experience working with seafood, including cutting and filleting fish
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
