Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Arriving at work on time, possessing strong time management skills, providing our residents with enthusiastic service while completing work orders, and having a keen eye for detail to catch small issues before they become big.
This role focuses on basic residential maintenance support, assistance with unit turns, and curb appeal.
Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
Must have applicable maintenance tools.
Conduct unit turns in a timely manner including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed.
Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
Reports to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for all delegated tasks.
Travel to and participate in both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, vendors, and other staff members.
Make the manager aware of any health and safety concerns on site.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed and approved.
Must be eager to train and learn company systems, engage in training programs on HVAC, safety training, and be engaged in HUD and LIHTC maintenance standard training, State inspection / INSPIRE.
Education: High School diploma or the equivalent
# Entry level, 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience

Having basic experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, building operating systems for door entry or fire suppression, etc., or general building maintenance

Must be able to perform all physical requirements of position including but not limited to being able to lift a minimum of 55lbs, work in enclosed spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
