Shift Receptionist

At Klie Law Offices, PLLC, we’re not just a law firm — we’re a team dedicated to guiding people through their most difficult times with care and confidence. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming presence at our brand new Canton, OH office and a key part of our operations team. Creative in solving problems and handling challenges. • Answer and direct phone calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. • Provide administrative support, including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing. • Support the legal team as needed with tasks like creating binders or sending mail. • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire office location. • Support a fast-paced team with shifting priorities.
