As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.

Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, interview materials, and feedback collection

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and overall fit for the role

Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles

Create and maintain job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other recruiting channels

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines in Greenhouse and internal tracking systems, ensuring timely candidate follow-up

Support recruiting initiatives such as university partnerships, career fairs, employee referrals, and other HR projects as needed

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or related experience preferred
• Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common recruiting/scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
