Greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and prepare the space for customers.

Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top‑selling items, trends, and promotions.

On the floor, focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations that build relationships.

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.

Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you and the customer’s name.

Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities.

Strive to improve every day, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.

Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
