Responsibilities Supervise, perform administrative duties, basic duties of Class III Engineer, and special skills of Class I and II Engineer.

Assist the Director of Engineering in supervising engineering staff, including interviewing, recommending hiring, training, scheduling, preparing payroll, coaching, counseling, performance evaluations, and discipline as needed.

Be responsible for all life and safety systems, including fire, elevators, disaster and emergency lighting, and generating systems.

Purchase equipment and supplies.

Maintain audio systems within the hotel.

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments.

Working knowledge of housekeeping and hotel services, policies, and operations.

Strong communication skills to convey information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests.
