We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven Buyer Planner I to join our Distribution Purchasing team. If you enjoy balancing data, vendor relationships, and operational coordination — and want your work to directly impact patient care — this is the role for you.
As a Buyer Planner I, you'll manage purchasing and inventory planning for medical products that support member hospitals. You'll ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time — while minimizing backorders and protecting cash flow.
Purchasing & Planning

Manage planning and purchasing of stock and non-stock medical products
Maintain accurate system data including lead times, pricing, and safety stock
Inventory & Analytics

Monitor inventory levels and warehouse stock performance
Identify and address slow-moving or inactive inventory
Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, reliability)
Partner with Receiving, Accounting, and Operations teams
Support new product launches and project rollouts
High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–5 years of purchasing or purchasing/planning experience
• Strong Excel and reporting skills

CPIM or comparable supply chain certification
Experience working in inventory/purchasing systems (Elite preferred)
Stable healthcare supply chain environment
