Head of Technical Programme Management

Actively engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and help achieve alignment on prioritized initiatives.
Assist in defining and tracking success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), to ensure program health.
Implement and execute roadmaps, schedules, project plans to enable Ford to meet customer commitments across all customer constituencies.
Support and drive modern software development practices, including scrums, backlog grooming, and dependency tracking using tools like Jira.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks across multiple engineering teams.
Coordinate with other divisions at Ford to ensure technical dependencies are identified early and quality standards are maintained.
Act as a voice for the customer within the engineering team, using data to help guide decision‑making and prioritization.
You'll Have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
5-7 years of total working experience in program management, product or feature development involving hardware, software, or services.
