Technical Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Dearborn, MI . The ideal candidate should have 8+ Years of experience as a Program Manager and 5+ as a Product Manager in the Automotive Industry. Rate Range: $68/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities Drive strategic planning by translating business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps, leading quarterly/PI planning, and overseeing enterprise integration initiatives. Manage cross-functional execution through dependency tracking, risk mitigation, process optimization, and governance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Align stakeholders by providing clear program updates, milestone tracking, and data-driven insights that support informed decision-making. Partner closely with IT leaders, development teams, and external vendors to strengthen collaboration, solve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Desired Qualifications IT professional with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Technical Program Management, leading complex enterprise platform integrations and digital transformation initiatives. Expert in Project Management and Agile delivery, with hands‑on experience in SDLC, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, and cross-functional program execution. Strong expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, KPI-driven performance tracking, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision‑making. Effective communicator and problem solver with proven success in influencing stakeholders, collaborating with IT leadership, and managing third‑party technology vendors.
