Full Time LMFT - Remote position

We are on the lookout for dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our thriving group psychotherapy practice at Holistic Mind Wellness Center. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to design your own schedule, supporting both your professional aspirations and personal well-being. As a remote organization situated in El Paso, Texas, our team leverages telehealth technologies to reach clients effectively and provide therapeutic services tailored to their individual needs.

Our remote work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance without the pressures of commuting. All administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing, are handled by our dedicated support team, enabling therapists to focus entirely on their clients. You will have the freedom to carry a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week, providing complete flexibility in how you manage your time and resources.

Provide outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic examinations and short-term counseling, tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and frameworks to address various mental health concerns, ensuring comprehensive care.

Implement therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, and couples counseling.

Participate actively in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality management and departmental planning initiatives.

Our therapists work with a diverse client demographic, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. With the flexibility of telehealth, you can provide care tailored to the specific needs of each individual or group, ensuring a supportive and compassionate environment.

A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential for effective practice.

Experience in providing evidence-based therapy in a remote setting will be considered a significant asset.
