We are seeking an experienced People Services Director / HR Director to serve as the senior HR leader for a healthcare organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, talent management, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Act as the senior HR advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team

Lead employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, retention, and performance management programs

Oversee union partnerships, collective bargaining agreements, grievance management, and labor negotiations

Drive employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives

Manage HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, and policy administration

Supervise and mentor HR team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field

Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

Experience managing HR functions including:

Employee Relations

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Performance Management

Experience supervising and developing HR staff

Union/Labor Relations experience, including collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and arbitration preparation
