Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work

Help lead and grow the electrical division

Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems

Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer serviceSupport training and development as the team grows

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements

Active Master Electrician license required

Strong residential service experience

Leadership mindset with desire to help build a department

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently and efficiently
