To be successful in this role, you'll bring recent, hands-on IT Help Desk experience supporting enterprise users. Preferred consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and Windows 11 in a fast-paced Help Desk or Service Desk environment. Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM ticketing system, along with industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Windows certifications, is highly valued.

Help Desk Analyst

Candidate must live in Nebraska or Iowa
Recent IT Help Desk experience supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
Preferred consideration will also be given to applicants with ServiceNow, Windows, Microsoft, Muli-Factor Authentication (MFA) and basic network troubleshooting experience and CompTIA certifications

The Help Desk Analyst will troubleshoot straight-forward to fairly complex software and hardware problems via telephone or email. Required Qualifications: Help Desk Analyst

Two years IT Help Desk or other related IT experience required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined (One year of education equals one year of experience) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite, Web Browsers, Adobe and Antivirus software required.
Phone skills and professional demeanor required.
Preferred Qualifications: Help Desk Analyst

Experience in an academic or healthcare environment preferred.
Knowledge of Virtual Private (VPN) software, Apple-Macintosh OS & devices, printers, scanners, laptops, notebooks, iOS, Andriod Smart devices, and other peripherals; networking configuration; IBM PC Intel and compatible architectures preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise grade IT Service Management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy and/or Cherwell preferred.
Helpdesk applicable support, ServiceNow, Windows or CompTIA certifications preferred.
