Assists assigned client managers or account executives with employer group, broker and/or consultants with support service requests. This role supports all market segments – small, large and national accounts.

Provides assistance to Account Managers and/or Account Executives to provide effective and timely service to clients and brokers through research and resolution of questions or issues with eligibility, claims, customer service or other operational matters. Accurately completes internal documentation for service resolution as required. Communicates resolution to the client and/or broker by phone and/or email and accurately documents to file.

Provides assistance to Account Executives to gather and submit documents, census, and other required information to Underwriting through Sales Force and/or Producer Toolkit to generate proposals.

Assists with new client implementations when assigned, working with the Account Manager and/or Account Executive, Group Administration, the client and broker, as necessary. Responsibilities may include gathering required information from clients, evaluating the submission for completeness and compliance with request, and submission by established processes to Underwriting and/or Group Administration.

Participates as requested in periodic client status meetings with Account Managers and/or Account Executives to deliver reports, discusses service results and addresses any client service concerns.

Communicates significant service or client and broker concerns to the Account Manager and/or Account Executive, and if necessary, the Director of Client Management, immediately.

Represents the company at client enrollment meetings, health fairs or other activities to present benefits and advantages of enrolling with Delta Dental.

Position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field and six months' of work experience in sales, customer service or administration.

Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel)

Position also requires the ability to travel and a valid driver's license.

Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
