Senior Producer, Brand Production

Manage and help lead the agency's day-to-day experiential production efforts with key client relationships and accounts

Participate in client calls and project planning meetings, contributing strategic thinking and production support on feasibility and budgeting

Establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives and champion execution success

Oversee event planning and production, including builds, mobile sampling tours, run of show, deadlines, setup, and breakdown

Lead and manage onsite execution of live event production

Collaborate with Integrated Account, Creative, Digital/Social, and Content teams

Manage relationships with key sponsorships, event properties, and production partners

Complete work on time, within project budgets, and beyond expectations

Develop in-depth knowledge of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape

Requirements

5-7 years of experience managing planning and execution of experiential projects and accounts in a fast-paced agency

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver excellent execution in a dynamic environment

Experience creating and managing project budgets and handling reconciliations

Thorough understanding of agency processes and agency/client relationship models

Creative problem-solving ability and a "what if" mindset

Strong self-starter mentality, proactive nature, and sense of responsibility

Previous experience working on beverages or CPG accounts is a plus
