ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - immediate need

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards. This role requires overseeing technical aspects of electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing personnel to deliver innovative solutions. Ultimately, the Senior Electrical Engineer will drive the successful execution of electrical engineering projects that support the company’s strategic objectives and growth.

Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as PMP certification or Agile practices.

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design and project management.

Proficiency with electrical design software such as Altium /PCB design.

Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards (e.g., Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical system issues.

Experience with embedded systems, power distribution, or renewable energy technologies.

Experience working in a regulated industry such as aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors.

Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for various applications, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for electrical engineering tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Conduct detailed analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software components.

Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to recommend improvements and innovations.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will apply advanced technical skills daily to design and optimize electrical systems that meet rigorous performance and safety standards. Proficiency in electrical design software enables efficient creation and modification of schematics and layouts, facilitating clear communication with manufacturing and quality teams. Additionally, excellent communication skills support cross-functional collaboration and the preparation of detailed technical documentation required for regulatory compliance and stakeholder review.
