Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator

As a member of the team, your mission will be to support in-flight catering to the world's major airlines out of LAX. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction in this exciting industry!
Annual Salary 43680 to $52,000 plus quarterly bonuses!

- As a Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing fresh food inventory and menu planning cycles. You'll partner closely with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and compliance with company quality standards.
Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production
Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met
Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams
Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items
Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with AX or similar inventory or ERP systems (a plus)
Experience in a fresh food, catering, or supply chain coordination role
Team-oriented, with a proactive and flexible approach to work
