Part time Line Cooks

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team — playing a central role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that are scratch‑made, locally inspired, and crafted with consistency and care. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking, with experience in both fine dining and high‑volume service. Our kitchen isn't just a place of production — it's part of the heartbeat of our community. This is a part‑time, day‑shift role: 2pm-10pm, 20-35 hours per week, $16.50-$19.00 per hour, with employee discount.
Direct Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Uphold food safety and sanitation best practices.
Contribute to menu planning and the development of new, creative dishes.
Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.
Demonstrate proper knife skills and culinary techniques.
Support training and development of new kitchen staff.
Participate in catering events and special programming.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or in comparable culinary roles.
Strong cooking and presentation skills, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Experience in fine dining or catering preferred.
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and menu development a plus.
Dietary knowledge or dietary aide experience beneficial.
