Head of Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO) team. We provide project and program management and transformation and change management expertise to help our internal clients implement their vision.

Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project outcomes.

Project manage enterprise-wide initiatives, to include planning, scheduling, scope management, risk and issue management, resource management, communications, sustainment planning and benefits tracking.

Lead assigned projects and/or change management activity as needed.

Assist with gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements and providing analysis and translation into project objectives and measurable goals.

Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies for transformational initiatives.

Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, to resolve competing priorities, and to coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related degree required.

• 7+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in project management required; 3+ years’ of change management experience; Ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities simultaneously.
• Travel – up to 10%.
