Job Details As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary duties will include: Managing the entire construction process, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met Overseeing project teams and field personnel, providing guidance and mentorship as needed Negotiating cost-effective subcontracts and material purchases Implementing job procedures and techniques to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Providing value-engineered solutions when applicable Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, federal and state laws, and company policies Managing project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, and change orders Conducting regular site visits to evaluate construction progress and address any issues Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction project management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
