We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Sacramento, California. This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the possibility to transition into a permanent role.
You may occasionally be asked to float to a sister facility located just a few minutes away.
Assignment Details 13-week travel contract
Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Start ASAP
Occasional floating to nearby sister facility
Potential for permanent placement for interested candidates
Weekly pay available
Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services to short‑term rehab and long‑term care patients
Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes
Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Flexibility to float between facilities when needed
Ability to start ASAP
