Law Student/Paralegal

Fragomen is hiring a Law Clerk to support our Dallas, TX office. We are looking for a 2nd year law student interested in gaining experience with the worlds leading global business immigration law firm. This would be a part time, temporary opportunity requiring a minimum of 12-15 hours per week.
Our employees work as part of a team, under the direction of an attorney, representing employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration benefits.
Conducting research and drafting petitions
- Drafting government forms
- Preparing visa application packets for filing
- Writing detailed persuasive letters
- Reviewing documents
- This process may include verifying the candidate's identity, confirming legal authorization to work in the offered position's location, and conducting a comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations. We use limited AI-assisted tools for administrative screening purposes only - never for decision-making.
