• Role Overview*: Our Employment Law Division in Riverside seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney to manage an active plaintiff caseload from intake through resolution. You will independently handle pleadings, discovery, motion practice, ADR, and trial, partnering with senior attorneys as needed.
• Draft and argue motions; ensure timely updates and high-quality counsel

Collaborate with team attorneys and staff; 1+ years civil litigation experience preferred (plaintiff employment strongly preferred); motivated juniors with strong writing and advocacy skills will be considered

• Excellent legal research, writing, and editing; strong oral advocacy
• Mediation/arbitration advocacy experience
