Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. Base Rate is $28 - $30.00 with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights
