Noo-Kayet Investments (NKI), the economic development arm of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll guide HR operations across a diverse and growing portfolio that includes The Point Casino & Hotel, food distribution, retail, fuel operations, cannabis, and commercial real estate.

Lead recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
Coach and inspire a high-performing HR team.
Partner with executive leadership, the NKI Board, Tribal Government, and regulatory agencies.
Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A graduate degree, THRP certification, and experience working with Tribal communities or enterprises are preferred.
