We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our facility. In this role, you will create positive experiences for customers, visitors, vendors, and team members while helping ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where communication and organization are key to success.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

Operate a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls, determine caller needs, and direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.

Support office operations by maintaining fax equipment and assisting with document transmission and routing.

Order, receive, and maintain office supplies to ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized.

Complete various administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and special projects as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous clerical, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment.

Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer applications.
