The Housekeeper is a part-time position responsible for supporting safe, clean, and premium guest experience. This role reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager and plays a critical part in maintaining facility cleanliness and operational standards daily. Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours per shift, averaging 18 to 29 hours per week, depending on the schedule. Work hours primarily include evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Adhere strictly to established Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Proactively identify and address housekeeping issues as they arise, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient event operations.

Immediately report safety hazards or concerns to the Supervisor for proper assessment and resolution.

Cleaning and sanitizing

Clean, inspect, and maintain assigned areas, including the frequent removal of waste and recycling materials during shifts.

Support housekeeping-related maintenance needs, including:

Prior custodial or housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Receptive to supervision and responsive to management direction

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules and hockey season

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position. Hours of work are based on schedule and are mostly days, nights, weekends and occasional holidays.

Climbing - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Walking - Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Pulling - Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
