Our prestigious legal firm is actively seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic, and client-focused professional to play a key role in our litigation team. The successful candidate will handle a wide variety of complex legal matters, from inception through appeal. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to handle a diverse array of tasks, which include but are not limited to:
Representing clients in all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and presenting arguments in court.
Developing litigation strategies and making recommendations to clients based on a thorough understanding of the facts and legal issues of each case.
Providing legal advice to clients and keeping them informed about the status of their cases.
Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney in insurance defense litigation or related practice area.
Exceptional litigation skills, including excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
