Now Hiring a Maintenance Technician at Friends Homes! Shift(s): Full Time, 8a-5p, On Call Shifts

What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician , your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

Perform daily checks of mechanical equipment and apartment refurbishments

Conduct monthly preventative maintenance tasks

Respond to reasonable resident complaints and requests

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

Willingness to work weekends as needed

Basic computer skills for completing work orders and reporting

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
