Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems before they escal. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
