Program Secretary

The San Diego County Office of Education is recruiting for a Program Secretary. Under general supervision, a Program Secretary performs a full range of secretarial support services of average difficulty requiring the use of independent judgment. The current assignment is located in the East County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) department in El Cajon, CA as part of the Student Services and Programs division within SDCOE. Grant Funding: Please note that this position is grant-funded through 06/30/2028.

This position requires one year of progressively responsible office/secretarial experience and training demonstrating the knowledge and abilities listed in the job description. Work experience involving the use of computers for word processing and computerized recordkeeping is required.
