Home Care ICU RN
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities include: providing patient-centered nursing care, adhering to department-specific certifications, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
Must have at least one year of nursing experience.
Certifications such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and fetal monitoring may be required based on specialty area.
Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS and PALS.
Additional qualifications include working in specialized units like ICU, ED, PACU, NICU, and L&D, with relevant certifications prior to or within designated timeframes.
Participate in RN Fellowship programs, requiring one year of independent practice and certifications such as ACLS and BLS.
