Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.

Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.

Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.

Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes.

Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.

2-5 years of podiatry experience after training (preferred).

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; Actual earnings vary with caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
