Process Engineering Positions

Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed. Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated. Evaluate customer requirements and determine manufacturing feasibility based on operational capabilities. Provide technical support to customers, production teams, quality teams, and other internal stakeholders. Review customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards. Investigate non-conforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Support production teams in meeting customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and process documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Investigate customer concerns and support root-cause analysis and resolution efforts. Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to support material and process requirements. Monitor and maintain critical process controls and equipment standards. Support capital improvement projects aimed at increasing operational capabilities and efficiency. Experience developing, maintaining, and improving standard manufacturing processes and work instructions. Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance investigations. Knowledge of quality systems, customer specifications, and industry standards. Experience supporting production teams and troubleshooting manufacturing issues on the shop floor.
