We are actively recruiting for a Senior Counsel to join our client's legal team in Oxford, MA. This will be a high visibility role, reporting directly to the GC, and will oversee a small team while managing a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters.
Serve as the central point of contact for all contracts across the company, including vendor, IT, affinity, M&A, and other commercial agreements.
Lead the review, redlining, drafting, and negotiation of high-volume agreements, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
Supervise a team of three (senior attorney, paralegal, and administrator), providing mentorship, oversight, and professional development.
Collaborate closely with peers in investigations, litigation, and compliance to ensure cohesive legal strategy.
Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, transactions, and regulatory issues.
Partner with executives and business leaders on strategic initiatives, including new vendor relationships, renewals, and growth opportunities.
JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.

• 8–10 years of corporate/commercial legal experience from a top law firm and/or in-house role.
• Proven experience leading teams and providing executive-level counsel.
