Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Location: New Hampshire
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required as needed.
Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population from adolescent to geriatric. The RN will work in a Level III trauma facility with a nursing ratio of 2 to 1, ensuring the best outcomes for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor and support patients' vital signs and hemodynamics.
Administer intravenous medications and manage IV drips.
Utilize ventilators and perform hemodynamic monitoring.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Float to PCU as needed, maintaining high standards of patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2+ years of current ICU experience.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (must be uploaded).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Experience with arterial lines is required.
• Charge and preceptor experience is a plus.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
