Schedule: 1st shift with daily overtime hours
-We are currently seeking a J-STD Certified Solderer to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing precision soldering on electronic assemblies while maintaining the highest quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.-Experience soldering through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or electronics manufacturing. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality systems.
